ARKS® IS AN ORGANISATION CREATING AND BUILDING LUXURY SPACES, COMMUNITIES AND SUSTAINABLE ECO HOMES WITHIN NATURAL ENVIRONMENTS.

ARKS® Eco Homes are designed to offer light, inspiration and natural comfort. Our unique Models are derived from the idea of like-minded individuals coming together to form a community inspired by nature, sat within natural landscapes.

ARKS® EXISTS TO CREATE A THOUGHT AND AN IDEA, FOR HOW OUR WORLD MAY LOOK IF WE ACT AS IF OUR NATURAL WORLD IS AS IMPORTANT AS THE HOMES AND SPACES WE INHABIT.

ARKS® products are designed and manufactured with a priority of reducing greenhouse gas emissions and a goal of being fully carbon neutral. The energy efficiency of ARKS® homes is a really important aspect of our design, from the way in which the units are heated to the insulation technology used.

AT ARKS® WE CREATE INSPIRATIONAL HOMES AND RETREATS THAT SHARE A PASSION AND LOVE FOR THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT.

ARKS® design team and manufacturing facility are all based in UK. The focus for the ARKS® manufacturing process is to ensure the sourcing of genuinely sustainable materials as well as ones which can either be reused or biodegrade at the end of the model’s 60 to 100 year lifespan.

ARKS® IS FOUNDED TO BE PART OF THE SOLUTION OUR PLANET REQUIRES RIGHT NOW BY BUILDING ENVIRONMENTALLY FOCUSED, SUSTAINABLE AND INSPIRATIONAL HOMES.

The British woodlands that we source our timber from are sustainably planted FSC as well as biodiverse, ensuring the type of trees are part of a multispecies woodland.

ARKS® construction technique is different to traditional property development in that we pre manufacture the models off site and bring them to site 95% complete with minimal impact to the natural environment. If however the model is to be placed off-grid then we can accommodate for that also. Minimal infrastructure is required for Models S and K, meaning minimal interference with the environment. Even with on-grid ARKS® models we work with landowners to suggest renewable forms of energy, rainwater harvesting and soakaway drainage, to keep infrastructure requirements and disruption to the natural environment at a minimum.
